LeighAnne Westenkirchner has verbally degraded, harassed, demeaned, screamed at, laughed at, and humiliated foster parents. You can expect to get this kind of treatment from her.  Consider it your appreciation for opening your home up to foster children. She is sailing on a mega power trip.

In addition, LeighAnne Westenkirchner writes blatant false complaints and makes up false criminal and license violations against foster parents. She has, with intent, fabricated notes in her database accusing foster parents of every type of crime imaginable and has also fabricated foster home license violations.  When you find these blatant false allegations in your file, you have no way of defending yourself against them. You are guilty. Period. The law is on her side… Nevada foster care home law does not require any allegations against you be proven (look it up yourself NAC 424.185 – the code actually says DFS does “NOT” need to prove anything). Since she knows she doesn’t need proof of anything, she just spends all day falsely accusing foster parents of everything and anything she can think up.

NEVER speak to LeighAnne Westenkirchner  when she shows up at your house. Never let her in your house. Anything and everything you say to her will be twisted around and used against you. For example, if you tell her you hug your 5 year old foster child when he comes home from school, her file notes will indicate that is sexual abuse. One of her favorite words is “grooming”. You are “grooming” children simply because you do something nice for your foster kids (such as take them to Disneyworld). She is expertly trained at testifying in court proceedings. And court is her favorite place; it’s where she will lie her ass off just to nail your ass to the wall with her false allegations. She will sneak up on foster parents at home or work by covering the Clark County logo on her car doors with white magnet placards.
