LeighAnne Westenkirchner, Teresa Cragon & AG Amity Dorman use false evidence against Las Vegas foster parent

In 2019, a Clark County foster parent who was in the process of adopting their foster child had a complaint filed against them, alleging all types of horrible child abuse that was occurring in the foster home. The complaint was filed maliciously and was completely false.

The foster parent’s home was raided by Teresa Cragon and her partner; the foster child was interviewed by CPS and LVMPD detectives. 

After a 3 month investigation, DFS determined the complaint to be “unsubstantiated” (which is code word for ‘DFS could not prove anything, but still assumes foster parents are guilty’). In her report, Teresa Cragon basically accused the foster parent of guilt even stating the foster parent had beat her to the house and then departed, only to return later (because foster parents have the ability to teleport) and manipulated evidence in the home. The foster parent’s name was added to the Nevada child abuse database known as the “Central Registry”. The adoption process was nonetheless allowed to continue.

Teresa Cragon was not done yet. She, along with license violation investigator LeighAnne Westenkirchner and Clark County AG Amity Dorman, used the false complaint as evidence against the foster parent to revoke the foster home license. Even though the complaint had been deemed “unsubstantiated” by Teresa Cragaon, she used the content of the complaint to testify against the foster parent in the administrative hearing. Unbelievably, DFS arbitrator Christine Kelleher allowed the false complaint into evidence. In addition, LeighAnne Westenkirchner cited the foster parent for refusing to allow the foster child’s caseworker into the home, AG Amity Dorman commenting “this has been an ongoing problem with you”. The caseworker testified this never happened and had never been denied access to the foster child. Just for her own amusement LeighAnne Westenkirchner also threw in that the foster parent was romantically involved with the parent of a foster child, mentally and physically abused foster children, starved foster children, and failed to offer medical care to foster children – of which she had zero evidence and simply made up.

Arbitrator Christine Kelleher agrees with foster home license revocation stating “this decision was not even close”.

TURNS OUT IT WAS ALL A HOAX.  AND DFS KNEW IT.

Foster Parent Files Lawsuit – Truth Comes Out

The foster parent in this situation filed a lawsuit against the person who filed the false complaint. DFS went into full damage control mode, fighting the lawsuit and trying to hide the identity of the complainant and the actual written complaint that had been filed. Fortunately, the court ruled in favor of the foster parent. During depositions, the man who filed the false complaint admitted he falsified everything in the complaint and that it was all a lie.

As part of the settlement agreement between the parties, this written admission was made. Names are omitted for privacy.  This should make you think about what kind of people are employed by DFS who intentionally would use false evidence against a foster parent. Pieces of shit, that’s who.

  • The foster parents and foster children were put through hell by DFS because of this false complaint. 
  • Teresa Cragon (a self proclaimed “dedicated child welfare social worker with 25 years of experience in sex abuse investigations”) testified AGAINST the foster parent in an legal proceeding using her report and this false complaint, fully knowing it was false.
  • Clark County DA Amity Dorman spent hours painting the foster parent as a child abuser, based on the false complaint, using it against them as evidence even though she knew it was false.

Teresa, we thought you were an “expert” with 25 years of experience? Looks like you are either an incompetent government tyrant or you are just a lying piece of human shit. Which is it? Did you and LeighAnne Westenkirchner enjoy the time you spend falsely accusing foster parents of child abuse?
