Meet man-beast Christine Kelleher who is the arbitrator for DFS administrative hearings. When foster parents have their licenses revoked for bogus reasons, they are permitted to appeal the decision. There’s just one problem…foster parents never win. They can’t. Nevada law actually states that “proof is not required” when DFS alleges license violations. Since proof is not required, you can’t win. It’s that simple. Just imagine if the criminal justice system worked that way… no proof but you’re still guilty!

DFS license investigator LeighAnne Westenkirchner simply makes up a false violations and DFS wins. Christine Kelleher always sides with DFS. She knows they lie, fabricate bogus license violations, and treat foster parents like trash. She also allows false evidence to be submitted. During her administrative hearings, foster parents are screamed at, berated, humiliated, threatened, and mocked by LeighAnne Westenkirchner and the DA representing DFS all while Christine Kelleher allows it to happen. Even when foster parents prove their case, man beast Christine Kelleher will state they used “poor judgement” and uphold their license revocation.

In our opinion, Christine Kelleher is a pathetic joke of an arbitrator. We would never recommend using her law firm Kelleher & Kelleher for your family law needs. The only good thing we can say about this man beast is that she’s a white woman who actually thinks she’s white (and that’s a rarity at DFS)!
